Non Faculty Position : All The positions exists at our new center in Lucknow

 

(I) REGIONAL HEAD – BUSINESS STRATEGY / ADMISSIONS(POST-1)

 

You should be an MBA/B.TECH from a premier business school with minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position in a fast growing organization. We are looking for person who has entrepreneurial attitude & mindset, one who works relentlessly to achieve his / her goals and who anticipates rather than reacts. As a leader you motivate your team exceptionally well, you are a tough task master & yet your team loves you.

 

·        You will be responsible for admission and business promotion for Lucknow centre.

·        You will be responsible for strategy formulation with immediate, medium and long term step by step implementation.

·        You should be able to maintain and create best business / organizational practices. Command over spoken English & ability to draft creative & smart

      communication in excellent English is a prerequisite.

·        You should have a knack for competitor analysis & be quick to modify your  strategies depending upon internal & external factors

 

 

 

(II) CENTRE INCHARGE(POST-1)

 

The candidate should be graduate from premier institute having minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field. You should be full of energy and enthusiasm and have an insatiable hunger for success with the motivating ability to drive people to get the best out of them. You should have a flair for interacting with people & education excites you.

 

The job criteria & profile includes:

 

·        Prior and proven experience in a similar activity in a leadership position in a fast growing organization.

·        You will be responsible for strategy formulation (with immediate, medium & long – term implications) and step by step implementation.

·        You should be a good reader of people’s capabilities & an astute planner.

·        You should have leadership qualities & love to lead by example under extreme work pressure.

·         You should have ability to function creatively under stress to achieve difficult targets in a highly competitive environment.

·        You should possess high IQ & analytical skills.

·        You should have excellent oral and written communication skills .

·        You should be able to maintain and create best business organizational practices.

·        You should be a self starter and must be able to get work done within deadlines.

·        Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.

·        Designs, develops and recommends new programs, projects and activities relating to research, executive or student education.

·      Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.

(III) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / MARKETING EXECUTIVE(POST-1)

 

You should be an MBA / Post Graduate with prior and proven experience of at least 4 years in the

field of marketing with a fast growing organization.

 

The job criteria & profile includes:

 

·        Design, manage and implement marketing programs.

·        Analyze and report program performance, provide recommendations     and results for improvement.

·        Propose new marketing strategies.

·        Create feature specification documents to improve the website and other projects.

·        Ability to lead seminars and workshops for students.

·        You should also possess extraordinary communication skills with an ability to give excellent presentations, organizing seminars & events.

·        You should have a keen marketing aptitude and must be able to play a key role in implementation of local city based promotional plans.

 

(IV) COUNSELLOR(2 POST(1 Full Time & 1 Part Time)

 

You should be a graduate (preferably with science background) and below 30 years of age with ample and proven experience in giving the solutions and “Doubt-Shooting”.

You will be the face of the organization and reflect its personality.

You will be responsible for counseling students about our various programs.

You will be the voice of the organization and mouthpiece of excellence.
