Rules & Regulations

1. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted at any stage, under any circumstances, whatsoever.

2. Admission to all programs is at the sole discretion of the management of IES Academy.

3. Students are requested to inform us about their Roll no. of various examinations.

4. IES Academy is entitled to publish student's photographs in any book or newspaper. .

5. IES Academy can change the teacher, time table and venue of class according to its convenience at any time.

6. No compensatory classes would be conducted for absentees and fine would be charged for the same.

7. IES Academy can take disciplinary action in case of violation of rules & regulations.

8. In case of violation, Institute can suspend the student without refunding the fee. Firstly a warning will be given and on the second time student will be directly suspended.

9. All students are expected to maintain a strict discipline in classrooms and abide by rules and regulations of the IES Academy.

10. In all aspects Management's decision will be final and binding.

11. All matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi Only.
